Perfect solo getaway!

I had a chill 3-night stay. The staff were super nice and always around to help. The breakfast spread, especially the black pudding, was delish! Had a nice swim in the heated pool, but I wished there was a deeper end. My single room was comfy, just a bit retro with the decor but cozy for sure.

I adored the elegant drawing room, offering a peaceful retreat with lovely garden views, perfect for us seniors. Accessibility was good, making it easy to navigate between areas without feeling overwhelmed.

The Superior Double or Twin Room was great. Big comfy bed and modern bathroom, which felt nice and bright. Just a bit cramped in the shower area. Loved the old-school vibe of the hotel. it’s got character! Great views from our room too. A few small issues with the gym equipment, but overall, the stay was chill.

The ambience was absolutely charming, with lovely decor that felt both traditional and contemporary. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, ensuring all our requests were met promptly.

Exceptional breakfast, attentive staff.

We had a fantastic group trip! The friendly staff made our stay special, and we enjoyed exploring the beautiful Knapp Copse Nature Reserve and the charming petting farm nearby. Meals were superb, especially breakfast with lots of tasty options.

Unfortunately, we faced noise issues from nearby rooms which made it a bit tough to sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the great breakfast options and the friendly atmosphere that made me feel welcomed. also, the nearby sidmouth sea front is just a few steps away, perfect for a lovely stroll and stunning views.

Our stay was delightful! The breakfast had fantastic options, especially the poached haddock. The pool area was a lovely way to unwind after exploring, and our room was quite spacious and comfortable.

The location was a dream! Just a short walk to the beach, and the indoor pool was perfect for our family. 😊 I do wish the Wi-Fi was stronger in our room, though.

This place suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, welcoming bar area, and a relaxing heated swimming pool. I still remember how the staff helped me get a better taxi on my first stay. I’m coming back for a weekend!
